An excellent material for resurfacing flat asphalt, metal, or composition roofs. High quality asphalt base dries to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film. Recommended for resurfacing and rejuvenating old, worn out flat asphalt roofs. All roof surfaces to be coated must be dry and swept clean from grease, oil, rust, scale, loose paint, and dirt. Repair holes and tears with roof cement and suitable patching fabric. Apply by brush or appropriate spray equipment. Coverage is approximately 75 Sq. Ft. per Gal. depending on textures and porosity of surface. Use on low slope asphalt roofs (do not use on roof slopes greater that 1/2 In. per Ft.), composition roofs, or metal roofs. Do not apply over damp or wet surfaces. Limited 12 month warranty.
A 1-part, high-performance thermoplastic sealant. The cured sealant exhibits good physical properties such as excellent adhesion to a variety of construction materials including wet surfaces. It has rubber-like characteristics with the ability to be compressed or extended. It has a nonsag consistency for application by caulking gun in vertical and horizontal joints. Skins over, tack-free within 30 minutes. Offers wide temperature range from -20 deg. F. to 160 deg. F. Exhibits excellent low temperature flexibility. Will not attack or adversely affect building materials such as glass, brick, or aluminum. No primer needed. Nonstaining, crystal clear color. An ultra-premium fibered aluminum coating that forms a shiny, tough, reflective surface. It can decrease heating and air conditioning costs and keeps the inside temperature of a building up to 20 deg. F. cooler in summer. Not for sale in Southern California . Use as a surface coat for mineral surface cap sheet, smooth built-up, ModifiedPLUS SBS or APP assemblies, metal roofs, masonry surfaces previously coated with asphalt roof coating, or asphalt primer and weathered asphalt mastic. Mechanically mix thoroughly before and during application. Apply to a dry surface. Application to a damp surface will cause this product to appear brown. Do not apply if there is a threat of rain or dew within 24 to 48 hours. Clean up with kerosene, paint thinner, or mineral spirits. Coverage: 2.0 gal/100 sq. ft. - mineral surfaced cap sheets; 1.25 gal/100 sq. ft. - metal surfaces; 1.5 gal/100 sq. ft. - smooth emulsion surfaces. 7 year extended warranty is in addition to the limited warranty.
Elastomastic Roof Patch is a premium, rubberized, SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) modified asphaltic sealing compound with excellent adhesion. It is suitable for flashings and a wide variety of waterproofing uses, especially at moving joints where its flexibility and elasticity make it superior to standard plastic cements. Glossy black, easy spreading, and nonsagging, it may be applied from 1/4" thick to a feather edge. Effective in wet or dry weather. Sealant for fasteners and panels on metal roofing, pitch pan sealant, and built-up roof assemblies. Seals joints of metal edging gutters, coping caps, and air conditioning ducts. Seals edge flashing at walls, curbs, and roof projections. Seals laps and flashings on SBS (styrene-butylene-styrene) modified bitumen roofing materials.
